    Rough and Cut – This is a kind of clearance sale for miscellaneous minerals. Includes some fine minerals flats of lower end minerals, and lapidary rough. For the kids, there is a rock pile. $5.00 for a bucket to be filled as many times as they want. Also, larger very nice garden rock. Good family event and open to the public.

    The YVGMS show is held along with the city of Yucaipas’ Music and Arts Festival. Our 60+ year old annual show features dozens of vendors from across the country offering a variety of jewelry, gems, minerals, fossils and related arts and crafts. The club offers demonstrations of lapidary techniques, a kids booth with games and prizes, geodes and the opportunity to crack it open, a raffle with chances to win a variety of prizes, and of course, gems and jewelry for sale. Proceeds go towards keeping our non-profit club and workshop up and running as well as towards funding our scholarship offerings.
